The video clips below are excerpted from a presentation to Oregon Tax Research in October 2002. The forecast has changed since then, but not Bill's humor or common-sense explanations of complex economics.

The following clips are available in either Macromedia Flash format, or Windows Media Video (WMV) format.  The Flash clips are better quality, but will take longer to load.  The Flash clips will play in this page, whereas the Windows Media Video clips will open in whatever application is configured on your computer to play WMV files.

To view the clips in Flash format, you will need the Macromedia Flash Player, which is available at no charge for both Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
